The Love for Asia Foundation is Jesus for Asia’s organizational presence in Thailand, providing the legal means for our missionaries to stay and work there. The Love for Asia team is also involved in community outreach. God raised up this foundation at just the time that it was needed. Otherwise, many missionaries and their families would have had to return home.

SUPPORTING STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

In the past, Residing long-term in Thailand was relatively easy, but the laws have become increasingly strict in this regard, and many of our missionaries were facing the prospect of having to leave the country permanently. God raised up and established the Love for Asia Foundation just in time to provide a legal basis for the missionaries to remain in Thailand. Without this legal entity, the missionaries would have had to return to America, leaving behind the ministries they had started and the people they were teaching about Jesus.

MINISTERING TO PEOPLE’S TEMPORAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS

The Love for Asia team has been involved in various forms of outreach and in-reach. Two of these projects have been the Thailand TV Studio and the translation/publishing ministry. Outside of these two projects, the team members travel to various villages and their local area to give clothing, food, and other basic necessities and literature to people in need. In some cases, the community outreach projects are connected with evangelistic meetings that they are helping with.

Love for Asia Foundation plays a strategic role in fulfilling the Great Commission in Asia by supporting local and foreign missionaries who are taking light and love into places that have no idea it exists.
